The company was incorporated in 1993 but commenced full operation in 1995 with showrooms and warehouses at 13 Karimu Kotun Street, Victoria Island Lagos and Plot 1344 Wuse Zone 3 by Sheraton Junction, off Herbert Macaulay Street Abuja.

The company’s success within its span is in thanks to a team of active, dedicated staff who are experts in their respective fields, with MR. TEDDY LUTTWAK (ITALIAN) as the Chief Executive Director, MRS. PATIENCE ETUK-LUTTWAK (NIGERIAN) as the Managing Director, MR CLEMENT ADIGUN (chattered accountant) with many years of experience as the Manager Finance/administration and MALAM JIKA BELLO (B.Sc Marketing) as the Marketing team Manager.

Delivery

Pated Nig. Ltd. We deliver our material to our customers, fabricators and distributors if orders exceed one slab or 50 square feet of tiles. These deliveries are free-of-charge . Time of delivery will be set according to your geographic location.

Return
We accept returns for tiles no more than seven days from delivery date and only for full boxes. Slabs are returnable no more than seven days from delivery of materials from our truck. If there is any mark or scratch when the slabs are delivered, please indicate so on the packing list when signing the receipt. We cannot accept any return that does not fall within the above parameters.
Marketing

We are strictly wholesalers. Our customers include fabricators, distributors, contractors, architects and designers. Our products can be purchased from any distributor in Abuja Lagos area of the country. Pricing and stock information can be supplied by our customers. Samples will be provided through our customers.
